ABOUT THE ROLE

Muscle Hut Milton Keynes Gym is looking for reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Gym Instructors/Assistants to join our team. If you’re passionate about fitness, enjoy helping people, and want to be part of a vibrant gym community, this could be the perfect role for you!
This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only support the smooth running of the gym but also deliver engaging fitness classes to our members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and instruct group fitness classes, including Circuits, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, and Lifting classes
• Ensure the gym and equipment are clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
• Carry out regular cleaning duties throughout shifts to maintain the highest hygiene standards
• Greet and engage with members, offering assistance and creating a welcoming environment
• Respond to member queries and provide excellent customer service
• Support the overall vibe and atmosphere of the gym – positivity is key!
• Monitor kit usage and help keep things tidy and organised
• Assist with inductions, programs, and general gym supervision
