Our Anytime Fitness location in Transcona is seeking a highly motivated individual with management experience and a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
- Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated

enjoy sales and marketing. As the face of the company inside the Club, you set the tone
for the club culture.
- Successful applicant will be on probation for 30 days as sales staff member.

-REQUIREMENTS:

-be available from Monday to Friday (40 hours) and the occasional Saturday (4 hour shift)
-must live in or around the Transcona area
- enjoy working in a health club environment
- have a friendly, outgoing personality
- genuinely care about helping others
- be able to assign, prioritize, and delegate tasks and responsibilities
- be able to work alone, without direct supervision
- be able to build and cultivate club culture and membership base
-be 18 years of age

EXPERIENCE:

• previous management experience an asset
• experience in customer service an asset
• experience in sales an asset
• basic fitness knowledge an asset, but not required
  Staffed Hours:
  Monday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Tuesday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Wednesday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
  Friday: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  Saturday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
