OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fitness Manager to lead a small team and enhance the overall experience for our members. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to manage a small team effectively. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service within our fitness facility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the fitness or retail industry.
  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Level 3 Personal Training certification.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • Organisational skills that enable efficient handling of multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in sales management and driving revenue growth through effective strategies.
  • Familiarity with merchandising principles to enhance product presentation and sales.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to engage with a diverse clientele.
  • Administrative experience is beneficial for managing operational tasks effectively.
