We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and enhance our members’ experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for fitness, along with exceptional organisational skills. As the Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales initiatives to ensure the success of our fitness programmes.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the fitness or retail industry is essential.
  • Strong background in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities to maintain a structured work environment.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills for effective member interactions.
  • Experience in team management, fostering a culture of motivation and support within the workplace.

    Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

  • Communicate effectively with members to understand their needs and provide tailored fitness solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of programmes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth among staff members.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and inventory management efficiently.
