JOB TITLE: FITNESS & SALES COACH

Hours: 12–16 per week (4 hours, 3–4 days)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
Location: Anytime Fitness New Southgate (covering Arnos Grove & Bounds Green)
Gym Hours: 24/7

QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent required
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Team player with a passion for fitness and personal development

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Fitness & Sales Coach to join our team. This role combines working on the gym floor with engaging members, delivering personal training, and driving sales through outreach and customer service.
You’ll be someone members rely on — whether it’s to push them further, motivate them, or simply brighten their day. Alongside delivering inductions, classes, and PT sessions, you’ll also support with prospecting, sales, and growing our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver inductions, classes, and one-to-one sessions
• Support members with training advice on the gym floor
• Prospect, cold call, and drive new membership sales
• Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with admin and membership processes as needed
