SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or sales (fitness or hospitality industry preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a positive, approachable attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with computer systems; experience with CRM or booking software advantageous
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

  • Promote and upsell memberships, personal training packages, and current offers
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and communal areas
  • Support daily administrative duties and assist with operational tasks as required
