We are looking for Gym Receptionist with the qualifications below: A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members Instructional and motivational skills Being approachable and reliable Accurate and structured way of working Service oriented Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays Spoken and written fluency in English JOB DESCRIPTION Welcome and care of the guests during their stay at Cowshed Active Contact person for our guests and employees To issue towels and acceptance of returning towels Preparation and issuance of non - alcoholic beverages Efficient appointment of personal trainings in prior consultation with our fitness trainers Expert advice tour guests about the full range of courses, personal training and fitness equipment of the Cowshed Active area Creating vouchers Billing of services the guest has used at the end of their stay Compliance with order and cleanliness in the complete Cowshed Active Area Replenishing towels and products Filling up the water jugs and provide fresh glasses To assist and to ensure that all new starters feel welcome and settled in their new role

Responsibilities
