QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience as a driver
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
Extensive knowledge of applicable vehicle driving rules and regulations
Willing to submit background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
Valid vehicle driving license
Proven experience as receiving clerk, driver or picker
Working knowledge of Microsoft office
Basic math and recording abilities
Excellent organizational skills
Keen eye for detail
Good physical condition
High school diploma

JOB PURPOSE
Serve our supply chain and logistics department.
Receive, inspect and record shipments and products. Responsible for unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure they match the orders.
Ensure accurate and timely picking of products. Operate with the warehouse team to build and send appropriate orders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Transporting finished goods over land to and from store or retail and distribution centers
Receive and check incoming pick orders, retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy, keeping records of complete orders
Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance like (oil change, Vehicle waters, Tires pressure…)
Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt, unload packages from incoming trucks, verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
Comply with vehicle driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
Collect and verify delivery instructions
Report defects, accidents or violations
DAILY TASKS
Daily check the vehicle situation and do the need to keep it always ready for work
Contact the customers to arrange for the deliveries and manage the receiving time and schedule
Finish Delivery and return to warehouse
Ensure that customers are always happy and satisfied
Be ready to follow all the management’s tasks and orders
Daily check and prepare all the entered orders on system
Ensure that he apply the FIFO and FEFO during the work
Maintain sections and items always in good condition
Edit and arrange the near expiry report
Keep the shelves arranged through the picking process
