JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in coaching, with the ability to inspire and develop students of all levels. This role involves teaching children so you will need to have a positive outlook and good behaviour management, while fostering teamwork, discipline and a fun approach to learning.

REQUIREMENTS

• Enhanced DBS (in date)
• Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate.
• Reliable and flexible approach.
• A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all.
• Punctual timekeeping.
  Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
  Contract length: 4 months
  Pay: £40.00-£60.00 per hour

• Develop and implement training programmes that enhance students’ skills.
• Ensure all students train in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
• Organise and lead fun, skills-based activities, ensuring students understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes sportsmanship, respect, and collaboration among students.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents and management regarding student development and progress where necessary.
