OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for a group or learning the skills to be able to run a group independently. Assist where needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably in gymnastics or related disciplines - desired.
• Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.

• Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques following session plans.
• Provide constructive feedback to athletes to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor the progress of each gymnast and adjust training methods as necessary.
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among all participants.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment by ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained.
• Holiday camp work, birthday parties.
