Join Olympian Gymnastics, one of Ireland’s leading gymnastics clubs, and take your coaching career to the next level while living in vibrant Dublin. We are offering an exciting opportunity for qualified gymnastics coaches from abroad to relocate to Ireland, with full support and subsidised company accommodation provided.
Whether you’re from the UK, Spain, Turkey, or beyond, we’ll help you move, settle in, and thrive as part of our friendly, professional team. You’ll also have the flexibility to travel back home to visit family and friends during your contract.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Level 1 gymnastics coaching qualification (essential).
  • Level 2 or higher qualifications preferred.
  • Experience coaching gymnastics, parkour, ninja, or similar activities.
  • Experience working with children in a sports or coaching environment.
  • Strong understanding of safety, child safeguarding, and class management.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ireland for a minimum 18-month contract (with option to extend)

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will deliver safe, fun, and progressive gymnastics sessions, helping children reach their potential in a supportive environment. You’ll work closely with our senior team and Lead Coaches, while also receiving training and development support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engaging gymnastics sessions to children of all ages and abilities.
  • Implement structured training programmes tailored to gymnasts’ skill levels.
  • Educate gymnasts on techniques, safety protocols, and physical fitness.
  • Conduct warm-ups and cool-downs to prevent injuries and promote wellbeing.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support gymnast progression.
  • Help prepare gymnasts for displays or competitions (where applicable).
  • Ensure safety standards and equipment maintenance at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with gymnasts and parents.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and safety checks.
