Job Description: Castle Rock’s finest gymnastics school is looking for high-energy, creative, and kind individuals to become a part of our team. This is a full or part time opportunity to be a part of our athlete’s development through structured gymnastics instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in gymnastics coaching required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically able to stand for up to 4 hours and lift 50lb.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Ability to create a structured and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and leading gymnastics practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants, and creating an engaging and positive atmosphere.
  • Providing individualized instruction and feedback to help each athlete to improve their skills.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their athlete’s progress and any concerns.
  • Collaborating with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Attending meets with athletes at the state and regional level as well as a travel meet.
