YMCA Bowen Hills are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team on a Casual basis based in Bowen Hills.   About the role   At the Y, we are committed to providing a supportive, positive, and challenging environment for athletes of all levels. Timely set-up of gymnastics equipment and commencement of the class Check that all activities have adequate matting which is correctly/safely set out Ensure all rolls are marked and accounts, notices and newsletters are given out accordingly Ensure that if an accident happens all safety procedures are adhered to, and an accident report form filled out Complete administration duties, as required   Am I a good match?   Accreditation with Queensland Gymnastics Association (min Level 1/Kinder gym) Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of gymnastics Demonstrated results orientation, sound judgement and problem-solving skills Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates, or willingness to obtain Positive Notice Blue Card, or willingness to obtain   What’s in it for you? Responsibilities
The coach is responsible for the timely set-up of gymnastics equipment, ensuring all activities have adequate and safely arranged matting, and managing class commencement. Duties also include marking rolls, distributing notices, adhering to safety procedures during accidents, and completing required administrative tasks.
