Fit Futures are leaders in sports education, reaching over 100 schools in the Sydney area, delivering PDHPE programs(i.e. Athletics, FMS, Dance, Gymnastics, and Ball Skills) to primary school children. Over the last 10 years, we have developed into an education provider fit to educate the future of young Austrlians and would love you to help continue this growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of previous coaching experience.
  • Availability during school hours (8:30 AM to 3:00 PM) on your working days
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Punctuality and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Fun, energetic, thoughtful, and ambitious.

Preferred but not required:

  • Gymnastics/Athletics/FMS/Ball Skills teaching experience: 1 year
  • Level 1 or higher coaching accreditation in Gymnastics and Athletics particularly.
  • Driver’s Licence and own transport
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coaches to help deliver PDHPE lessons in primary schools, particularly in the Cronulla Area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing day-to-day teaching, learning and instruction.
  • Instructing students in the delivery of various physical education programs
  • Implementing high quality age-appropriate lessons for primary school children.
  • Promotion of the Fit Futures Brand to grow the company.
  • Unlock students’ true potential, preparing them for unlimited success.
  • Engage effectively with students, teaching staff, and colleagues, aligning with Fit Futures philosophy.
