WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Gymnastics coaching experience or a background in gymnastics, dance, or fitness
• Experience working with children in a school, club, or coaching setting
• Confident leading a group independently
• Organised, reliable, and enthusiastic
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant coaching qualifications or certificate

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Do you have a passion for gymnastics and love working with children? Foundation Sports & Play is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Gymnastics Club Leader to deliver a fun, active and engaging after-school gymnastics club every Monday at one of our partner primary schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity to share your skills, get kids moving, and build confidence through movement and fitness in a fun and safe environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and lead weekly gymnastics sessions for primary-aged children
• Introduce and develop fundamental skills like balance, coordination, and flexibility
• Ensure all activities are inclusive, safe, and adapted to suit different abilities
• Set up and pack away equipment each session
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and enjoyment through structured routines and games
• Maintain a safe environment and manage behaviour positively
