If you’re passionate about working with kids and ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly make an impact, this is your opportunity to shape something special. What You’ll Do * Lead and coach engaging, structured gymnastics classes that kids love * Inspire a positive, high-energy experience for athletes and families * Oversee daily gym operations to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment * Support and lead events, birthday parties, and special programming * Help grow and evolve the gymnastics program through leadership and initiative What You Bring * Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or youth athletics * Leadership experience—or strong readiness to step into a leadership role * High energy, positivity, and a genuine love for working with children * Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first mindset The Details * Full-time position * Benefits include: health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off * Schedule includes at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturdays * Morning classes and afternoon birthday party leadership required * Active, hands-on role (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.)
