  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated success in managing digital initiatives.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand data models and their relationship to CMS systems and data pipelines.

  • Proficient in working with APIs and interpreting JSON-structured data.
  • Ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams by understanding the language of developers and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritize effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana and Jira.

  • Solid knowledge of Office tools and new digital techniques (CMS, web marketing, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of visualization tools like Miro or Draw.io.
  • Previous history working closely with developers is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in an additional language, ideally French and/or German, is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects.
  • SEO skills would be an asset.

As a Senior Specialist Web Technology, you will lead the development and implementation of our web infrastructure & digital asset strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web development, with expertise in SEO, analytics, responsive designs & digital health optimization. You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional teams, driving website launches, and optimizing the web eco-system to meet digital marketing needs and achieve business objectives.

LET’S TALK ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive and support digital transformation initiatives – Lead projects such as the rollout of new platforms or pilot programs, in alignment with global or local strategies.
  • Collaborate on product launch campaigns – Partner with global marketing teams to develop and execute launch plans as they pertain to web technology.
  • Track and assess effectiveness of web technologies – Coordinate the setup for monitoring and analysis of digital campaigns and initiatives through a successful connection with Datadog and Analytics suite and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Improve digital infrastructure – Work closely with the Global Technology Solutions to evolve and optimize digital infrastructure across markets.
  • Bridge technical and business communication – Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Structure and optimize data frameworks – Understand how data models relate to CMS platforms and ensure alignment with data pipelines and analytical reporting needs.
  • Ensure analytics readiness – Support the structuring of datalayers for optimal integration with CMS and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Leverage APIs and data standards – Apply knowledge of API usage and JSON-formatted data to support data exchange and integration between platforms.
  • Embed project governance – Lead project planning and execution with best-in-class tools like Asana and Jira, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Think strategically – Bring a strategic and solution-oriented mindset to technical challenges, supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
