Job Description 工作职责:​ 负责协助品牌负责人定期更新各外部社交媒体账号内容,通过优化内容提升账号流量与话题活跃度;同时分析竞品内容策略及相关数据,动态调整创作方向以确保品牌账号优质内容持续输出;需熟练掌握主流社交平台的内容创建规则与工具,高质量完成视频、图文等内容创作并打造热点话题;此外还需结合业务需求,设计并制作公司内部信息平台的发布内容。 一、内容创作与素材管理 内容辅助创作与审核:协助完成图文、视频等内容的撰写、素材搜集与发布前审核,确保风格统一、规避违规风险。 素材库管理:建立并维护分类素材库,定期更新与清理,确保素材快速检索与时效性。 二、平台日常运营与互动维护 账号日常运营:负责新媒体平台内容发布、排版优化、时间管理等日常更新维护。 用户互动与活动支持:及时回复评论私信,收集反馈,协助执行平台活动。 社群运营维护:协助企微社群的日常互动、用户引导与社群管理。 三、用户数据统计与运营支持 用户数据与反馈管理:协助统计用户增长、互动数据,收集并整理用户反馈。 数据统计与分析:每周/月统计各平台核心数据,协助分析内容效果并提出优化建议。 团队协作支持:完成文案排版、视频剪辑、竞品监测等辅助性运营工作。 Qualifications 任职要求: 每周线下工作3天,其余时间可安排线上,稳定实习6个月以上 掌握微信公众号、小红书的基础操作 会用 Canva(可画)制作简单海报、图文封面 擅长使用135编辑器、秀米等工具做手机端的精美排版​ 能熟练使用 Premiere Pro (PR)、Final Cut 、剪映等剪辑软件​ Additional Information H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures. Responsibilities
