H&S MANAGER

Location: Chester, Cheshire
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are recruiting exclusively for a proactive H&S Manager to lead and enhance the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system at our client’s food manufacturing facility in Chester. This role ensures full compliance with EHS regulations and best practices, fostering a safe, responsible, and continuously improving workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum (ideally Diploma)
• Experience within a Manufacturing environment (Food preferred)
• IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management (or commitment to achieving).
• Proven experience managing ISO 45001 / 14001 compliance and audits.
• Strong background in Food manufacturing or production environments is highly desirable.
