H2F is dedicated to improving not just the physical fitness, but the overall well-being of soldiers at all levels.
The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2FIT) initiative is the Army’s investment in Soldier Readiness. The H2FIT Regional Manager OCONUS is responsible for personnel management of team members within their region and collaborating with the Program Manager (PM) in the contract’s overall performance, achieving performance standards, workforce management, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and quality control. This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Lead Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Strength and Conditioning Coach and Cognitive Performance Specialist teams who provide Soldiers within a Brigade a comprehensive understanding of strength, conditioning, and performance optimization through training plans and one-on-one coaching.
  • Oversee the daily operations of services in a defined region including geographically dispersed personnel.
  • Perform additional tasks other than supervising include training personnel and ensuring policies and procedures are followed to meet client needs.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports, region service statistics, and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Report to the Program Manager and assist in implementing H2F services across military installations.
  • Communicate effectively, have supervisory experience, be observant of others, and respond to inquiries of a complex nature.
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
