Ranmar CNC Machining is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Haas 5-Axis CNC Machinist to join our brilliant team. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The job responsibilities will be programming, setting up 5-Axis TR210H Trunnion Table, and operating the CNC Haas Milling machines to produce precision parts. EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years experience of Haas 5-axis CNC setting up and operating CNC Machines.
  • Minimum 3 years of CNC programming using MasterCam software.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Make CNC Programming using Mastercam, Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as digital calipers and micrometers.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area for enhanced quality products.
  • Follow all health and safety policies and WHMIS regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
