Job Details Job Location: Jawonio Inc - NEW CITY, NY 10956 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $23.41 - $24.41 Hourly Key Responsibilities: Lead and support program staff through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management. Plan and oversee daily program activities that promote habilitation goals, community inclusion, personal development, and self-advocacy. Ensure high-quality services by reviewing documentation, staff action plans, billing reports, and regulatory requirements. Participate in program activities and provide guidance to staff on intervention techniques and best practices. Maintain safety and compliance, including emergency drills, incident reporting, and ensuring a clean, well-equipped program environment. Coordinate transportation, assign drivers, ensure proper supports, and assist individuals during boarding as needed. Engage families and residential providers as a key liaison to support communication and individual needs. Support administrative tasks, attendance follow-up, and team meetings; provide ADL assistance or drive agency vehicles when required. Assist with remote or virtual services when needed. Supervisory experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License required
