Qualifications WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES): We're looking for someone who is patient, positive, and ready to adapt to changing demands! * The Brainpower: Knowledge of habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities. * The Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills. * The Training Touch: Skill in supervising and training staff in a positive manner. * The Must-Haves: Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records. * The Extra Edge: Skill in administering first aid and CPR. ? THE CREDENTIALS (EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE) * Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. * Experience: A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. * Certifications/Licenses: May require QIDP certification and experience in an ICFID, Med Aide40, First Aid/CPR and Mandt - if you do not have at hire must be willing to obtain at the agency.
