QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of professional hair colouring experience.
• Must be a graduate of a recognized hair school.
• Must possess a valid Ontario cosmetology license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• A passion for providing exceptional client service.
• A strong work ethic and team player attitude.

• Consistently deliver exceptional colour services, including but not limited to:
• Balayage
• Ombre
• Highlights
• Corrective colour
• Permanent and semi-permanent colour
• Provide expert consultations to clients, assessing their hair needs and recommending the most suitable colour solutions.
• Maintain a strong client base and cultivate lasting relationships.
• Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in hair colouring.
• Adhere to all salon policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
