Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain the Hair Design program.
  • Educator Recruitment & Retention: Lead the hiring process for qualified & passionate educators. Foster a collaborative work environment to promote staff satisfaction & retention.
  • Leadership & Management: Supervise and support educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. Conduct monthly one on one’s and annual performance evaluations with educators.
  • Student Success: Monitor student progress and outcomes, ensuring high retention, graduation, and licensure rates. Address student concerns and implement strategies to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to state board regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with admissions, front desk, dispensary, and other departments to align resources and operation with program needs.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with industry professionals, local businesses, and alumni to support job placement, guest lectures, and ongoing program improvements.
