Key Responsibilities for Salon Manager
Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Handle client complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Motivate team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities for hairdresser
Provide hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment services
Recommend hairstyles and products based on clients’ preferences and hair type
Must have all-rounder capabilities.(In skin services)
Key Responsibilities for Nail Technician/Eyelash Technician
Apply nail polish, gel, acrylics, or other nail enhancements.
Apply individual lashes or lash fans safely and precisely.
Customize lashes based on eye shape, lash health, and client preferences

Proven experience (minimum [2] years)
