Role Overview
As the Front Desk Hair Salon Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for the salon’s growth, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and effective time management of staff. You will also play a key role in creating engaging social media content tailored to the hair and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Growth & Satisfaction:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
  • Manage online bookings, inquiries, and feedback to enhance the client journey.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including promotions and social media campaigns.
  • Salon Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day salon activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate stock management and ensure product availability.
  • Implement and uphold salon policies and procedures.
  • Staff Time Management:
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing staff productivity.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring all staff adhere to schedules.
  • Assist in training and mentoring front desk staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Tech & Social Media Content Creation:
  • Utilize salon management software efficiently.
  • Create and manage engaging social media content, showcasing the latest trends, services, and products in the hair and beauty industry.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality visuals, reels, and stories that drive engagement and growth.
