JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Salon Receptionist will manage appointments, handle transactions, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the salon.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service orientation with experience in retail sales.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions and appointment management.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in supervising staff or assisting in training new employees is a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients professionally.
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail math principles.
  • Basic cashiering skills with an understanding of cash handling procedures.
