REQUIREMENTS

• Strong hands-on experience in coloring, cutting & styling
• Proven skill with keratin/protein/botox or comparable treatments
• Creative, trend-aware, and confident with multiple techniques (balayage, foilayage, ombré)
• Excellent communication & customer service; professional and friendly
• Product knowledge (care & styling) and comfort with retail recommendation
• Attention to hygiene, detail, and time management
• English fluency (Arabic is a plus)
• Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends/peak hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advanced coloring (balayage/foil highlights, global color, toning, color correction)
• Precision cutting & styling (blow-dry, waves, updos for events)
• Perform keratin/protein/botox and similar smoothing/treatment services safely
• Hair/scalp consultation, patch tests, aftercare guidance, and service planning
• Recommend retail products and upsell add-ons (treatments, gloss, masks)
• Maintain strict hygiene: sanitize tools, brushes, irons; clean station between clients
• Coordinate timing with reception; keep brief service notes and before/after photos
