Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Hair Stylist and/or Barber to join our team. As a Hair Stylist at In The Cut, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, creativity, and passion for the art of hairstyling. You will work in a professional and dynamic salon environment, collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of hair styling services, including haircuts, colouring, extensions, and styling for clients of all ages and hair types.
• If you are interested in a Barber position, we are seeking a someone with some shop experience. Must be skilled in men’s cuts and grooming, and reliable with clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional customer service and personalized care.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in various hair cutting and styling techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products.
