Body Beautiful Day Spa + Salon, located in the charming courtyard of St. Andrew’s Village in Aurora, is seeking an experienced hairstylist to join our team of beauty and wellness professionals.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a part-time position with the potential to expand hours in the future. We’re looking for someone who is eager to build relationships with clients and contribute to our team’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid hairstylist license in Ontario.
• Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Previous salon experience is an asset but not mandatory.

• Perform a range of hair services, including cuts, colouring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored styles or treatments.
• Give all clients, for any given service, the appropriate retail product recommendations as part of the home care regime for total benefits and long-term results.
• Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation that reflects our spa’s high standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Contribute to a strong team spirit and positive morale.
