Duties:
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario hairstylist license required
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and products
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
