The stylist should be energetic, enthusiastic, and compassionate; efficient, well organized and a go getter. Requirements: A fantastic smile & great attitude! A professional appearance. A commitment to providing an excellent guest experience. The ability to have FUN while achieving performance goals. Proficiency with latest salon techniques. Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work. Developed communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. The stylist should be willing and able to perform services such as blow outs, detailed styling, coloring, highlighting and must be comfortable with recommending treatments or packages. They should also be able to emphasize product benefits while serving guest and assist clients in the selection of retail. Lastly our stylist must be able to maintain a consistent positive relationship with guest to ensure return visits and develop new customers through guest referrals and networking. We offer stylists base pay plus commission on services and product sales.
