Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services
• Deliver outstanding client care and build lasting relationships
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following salon health & safety standards
• Stay updated on trends and eco-friendly practices in the hair industry
• Work collaboratively with our team and contribute to a positive salon culture

Qualifications

• Licensed Hair Stylist in BC (valid cosmetology license required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of salon experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Passion for organic/eco-friendly products and services
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Reliable, motivated, and professional

Position Options

• Full-Time Stylist: 30–40 hrs/week, set schedule
• Part-Time Stylist: Flexible shifts available (evenings/weekends)
• Chair Rental: Weekly/monthly rental available for established stylists looking for independence
