QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of hair extensions, color theory, and styling techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Familiarity with salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) is a plus
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends

• Provide high-quality hair styling services tailored to individual client needs
• Perform hair coloring, cutting, and styling using innovative techniques
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hairdressing
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
• Assist in retail sales of hair products and tools
• Mentor junior stylists as needed
