Jacks & Buckley is a city based Hair, barbers, grooming, beauty and aesthetics salon in the heart of Nottingham city centre and has been established for over 16 years. We pride ourselves in offering both ladies and gentleman’s hairstyling services, hair extensions, perming, colouring and barbering and grooming services as an affiliated ‘Wella’ salon.
We are currently searching for an experienced, skilled, professional and passionate hair stylist, with the following attributes
Over 5 years qualified experience in the hair industry
Confident and experienced in all aspects of modern and ’on trend’ hairdressing techniques with Excellent leadership and mentorship skills to confidently support and mentor juniors and apprentices.
To be equally confident in Mens and ladies hairdressing and colouring preferable in addition to Colour correction and all aspects of colouring.
Vivid and bold alternative colour work is very popular with our clientele as is Men and women’s perming. Perming skills and hair extension fitting qualification is also an advantage.
The ability to manage a busy column in a city salon as part of an amazing close knit family is essential, rewarded by being part of and contributing to, a fun- loving, passionate and hardworking team who place the client rapport, and experience at the heart of all they do
As a ‘wella’ supported salon , we are also a milkshake ‘Elite’ salon and official ’Olaplex’ salon for which jacks provides in - house ongoing trend setting training and development for our staff in a supportive environment which fosters and nurtures the very best in our stylists…….
We also have exciting new plans to launch an academy for accredited Hair, beauty, aesthetic and barbering courses both online and as in- salon training in the very near future.
