Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling. Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences. Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer clients modern styling options. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Promote and sell salon products and services to clients during consultations. Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. Manage appointment bookings and maintain a timely schedule to provide services efficiently. Must possess a valid cosmetology license in the state. Minimum of 2 years of professional hair styling experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards. Knowledge of various hair types and appropriate styling techniques. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to provide excellent customer service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Training & Development Performance Bonus
