We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our friendly salon. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while also contributing to the overall success of the salon through effective store management and client engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform barbering techniques is preferred.
• Knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques including eyelash extensions and makeup application.
• A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.

  Pay: Up to £450.00 per week

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform barbering services with precision and skill.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
• Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
• Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
