JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while promoting retail products to enhance the overall client experience. We are also offering booth rental for those ready to be self employed, for $325 per week!

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
• Ability to upsell retail products while providing valuable recommendations based on client preferences.
• Experience in front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon environment.
