Experience We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Stylist with downtown Toronto Experience: Strong foundational skills in cut, colour, and styling. You need to have a professional Instagram account showcasing your diverse skills in hairstyling.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-end environment without compromising quality.
• Client Retention and Relationship Building: Skilled at building long-term relationships, have an existing clientele or the ability to grow one.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a welcoming experience for every client.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a licensed stylist.
• Clientele retention skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Interest in professional growth, learning, and sustainable practices. Friendly, professional, and courteous customer service.
