We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair and beauty services to our clients. Your creativity and expertise will help enhance our clients’ appearance while providing them with an enjoyable salon experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a flair for hairstyling, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
• Strong skills in hair cutting, hairstyling, and colouring .
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in store management or leadership roles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within the team.

• Assist in store management tasks, ensuring the salon operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent communication skills.
