Summary : The Hair Stylist provides hair care services to the patients and residents of The Heritage and Peabody Manor Community. Job Description: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Provides a variety of hair care services to meet the needs of the patients and residents. Interacts in a professional and positive manner with customers and others in the community while in the salon or transporting of residents throughout the building to cultivate a positive customer experience. Maintains appointment schedules by coordinating with residents and other disciplines in the facility. Accurately documents services provided, payments collected, and charges added on to patient accounts to ensure accurate billing and fiscal responsibility. Maintains supplies by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED preferred Must be 18 years of age Two years of experience as a hair stylist Current Cosmetology Operators License for the State of Wisconsin PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance Standing for more than 30 minutes at a time Pinching and /or grasping more than 5 seconds at a time throughout the day Reaching up to 1 minutes of time throughout the day Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normally works in climate controlled office environment Frequent sanding with movement throughout office space Scheduled Weekly Hours: 4 Scheduled FTE: 0.1 Location: Heritage - Appleton,Wisconsin Overtime Exempt: No Worker Shift Details: Days
