We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring client satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior stylists and contribute to the overall success of our salon.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in barbering is an advantage but not essential
• A passion for beauty trends and a willingness to stay updated on industry developments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: £14.00 per hour

• Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hairstyles and treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
• Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and maintaining salon standards.
• Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
• Perform makeup application services as needed, showcasing versatility in beauty treatments.
• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
