We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylists & Barber to join our team at our salon in Ayr, ON. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services, and/or Barbering to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a high level of customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. We are looking for someone that has a clientele preferably if not please apply anyways.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with expertise in various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques which also include up-do’s, Barber Services such as fades, beard clean up etc.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of current trends in hair styling and ability to adapt to client preferences
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Must be able to sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness according to salon standards

• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling customer inquiries
• Actively participate in retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and professional salon environment
