JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a GMC-registered Hair Transplant Surgeon / Aesthetic Doctor to join our expanding Birmingham team. This is a senior leadership position where you will oversee clinical delivery, mentor staff, and play a key role in shaping our growing hair restoration and advanced aesthetic services.
You will collaborate with our flagship Birmingham center of excellence, working alongside some of the industry’s most experienced professionals, while also helping to grow our London clinic into a leading hub for hair transplant and aesthetic medicine.

EXPERIENCE

Requirements

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise in the UK
• Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in hair transplant surgery or aesthetic medicine
• Leadership experience or aspiration to step into a Lead Surgeon role
• Strong knowledge of hair restoration techniques, medicine, and patient consultation practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
• Commitment to transparency, clinical governance, and Este’s ethos of world-class care
• Proven experience as a Surgeon/related industry with a strong background in Aesthetic industry
• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is advantageous.

Pay: From £60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Lead and perform FUE and/or FUT hair transplant surgeries to the highest clinical standards
• Supervise, mentor, and train surgical support staff and technicians
• Conduct patient consultations, design treatment plans, and deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care
• Provide expertise in aesthetic medicine and hair restoration treatments, including pharmaceutical options
• Ensure full compliance with CQC, GMC, and governance frameworks
• Contribute to service development and uphold Este’s 5-star reputation for patient care
• Collaborate with senior management on expanding and innovating clinical services
• Perform surgical procedures with precision and expertise, adhering to best practices and protocols.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and consultations to evaluate patients’ health status and surgical needs
• Engage in clinical research to advance surgical techniques and improve patient outcomes
• Administer medications as per established protocols, ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation of surgical procedures performed.
