POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Hair Transplant Technician with proven expertise in Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with our surgical team to ensure optimal graft survival and patient satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Hair Transplant Technician in FUT procedures (experience in FUE an asset)
• Skilled in strip dissection, graft preparation, and placement
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical safety protocols
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Assist the surgeon during FUT hair transplant procedures
• Perform strip dissection under magnification with accuracy and speed
• Prepare and place follicular units into recipient sites following surgical plans
• Maintain a sterile and safe working environment in the surgical room
• Handle grafts with care to ensure maximum viability
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care as needed
• Collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and patient comfort
