We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity and an eye for detail, ensuring that every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in various services, including hair cutting, colouring, and styling, while also providing exceptional customer service. Mentoring junior stylists and contributing to a positive salon environment will be key aspects of this role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in barbering is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of store management practices is a plus.
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently.
• Previous experience in front desk operations is beneficial.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the salon schedule.
