JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic hairstylist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate is a fashion-forward and passionate individual who is highly motivated to provide exceptional hair care services to our valued clients and to collectively elevate our brand through innovation and exceptional team work.
Responsibilities:
Conduct professional client consultations prior to all hair services
Cut, color, and style hair to ensure suitability and meet client preferences
Keeping up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
Participate in assigned training sessions
Create and continually update a portfolio of your work to showcase for social media campaigns and other marketing efforts
Provide excellent customer service
Build/maintain long-term relationships with our clients
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Sell salon products and upsell services to clients
Work towards achieving targets
Create and maintaining accurate, detailed client profiles and service history
