We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while also contributing to the overall success of the salon through effective store management and client engagement.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions.
• Experience in store management is advantageous for overseeing daily operations.
• Proficiency in barbering techniques is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to mentor others, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques is a plus.
• Competence in makeup application for special occasions or events is desirable.

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform barbering services as required, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Mentor junior stylists and trainees, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance their skills.
• Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application when needed.
• Upsell products and services to clients, enhancing their experience while contributing to salon revenue.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
