Advanced Hair Studio is looking for a qualified Hair Stylist to join our Launceston team, with the opportunity to develop specialised skills in non-surgical hair replacement and hair restoration.

This is an opportunity to step outside the traditional salon environment, work closely with clients over the long term, and develop expertise in a specialised and rewarding area of the hair industry.

No previous hair restoration experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support — we are looking for someone with the right attitude, a genuine passion for their clients and a willingness to learn.

What's on offer?

$30–$33 per hour + generous commission structure
Part-time flexibility – 2–3 days per week, approximately 10–15 hours per week. The roster can be discussed and finalised with the right candidate.

About you

We are looking for a stylist who is:

Certificate III qualified in Hairdressing
Ideally has 1–2 years' salon experience with male haircuts (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
Confident with cutting and styling
Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
A strong communicator with excellent consultation skills
Naturally personable and able to build trust and long-term client relationships
Professional, reliable and respectful of client confidentiality
Career-focused and eager to learn new skills
Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team
